Sources of Information about You

We receive nonpublic personal financial information when you provide information to Crito for its New Account From or complete an Investor Questionnaire for qualifying as a sophisticated investor.

In the normal course of our business we do not share any information with any third party. We treat your information with respect and concern for your privacy. We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about any individual investor to anyone except as required by law.

 

Protecting Your Personal Information from Unauthorized Access

We require that our employees that have access to your information not use or disclose the information except for conducting business with you on your behalf. All employees are expected to safeguard such information and employees who violate these obligations or this privacy statement will be subject to our disciplinary process. We maintain physical and electronic safeguards to guard your nonpublic personal information.

Business Continuity Plan

Crito has developed a Business Continuity Plan ("BCP") covering how the firm and its staff will respond to events that significantly disrupt its business. Since the timing and impact of disasters and disruptions is unpredictable, Crito will have to be flexible in responding to actual events as they occur.
